About me and my therapy practice

I work integratively - psychodynamically - looking at past experiences - early childhood relationships. person centered - solution focused brief therapy. I offer long term face to face counselling, online counselling and telephone counselling or home visits. I work to provide an opportunity for you to work towards living in a more satisfying and resourceful way. Providing a safe, confidential space for you to clarify your feelings without being judged. To help you examine in detail the situation you want to understand or change.

My first session

There is usually anxiety around the first session and you have taken a huge step in getting in contact. In our first session we can explore the reasons you are thinking of having therapy and for any questions you may have and to see if I am the right therapist for you.
