About me and my therapy practice

I have a strong enthusiasm for guiding individuals to free themselves from toxic relationships, I specialize in providing therapy for individuals who have experienced emotional and psychological abuse.

I have a passion for helping people to find resources within themselves to live a fulfilled life, a passion I nurture by dedicating my life to reading, researching and studying, to learn techniques and skills that further empower me to do just that.

I provide a non-judgemental, safe place for you to talk, be listened to, and, together, to find where you need the support and work with you on it.

I am a native Portuguese speaker, so can also offer counselling in Portuguese.
