It can feel scary and difficult to find a professional you can trust and open up with. I believe that giving yourself permission to reach out to someone is an important step, and I am here to guide you on your onward journey.
Together we can explore your fears, hopes, joys, and anything you feel you want to take a closer look at. I'm a person-centered and psychodynamic counsellor and I aim to create an open, authentic and warm space for your exploration. I am committed to helping you relate to yourself and to others in a more fulfilling and serene way.
