About me and my therapy practice
I'm a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist who works with adults, children and young people around a broad range of issues. I am particularly experienced in working with Young People who self-harm and/or are experiencing eating distress. In my experience, therapy can be helpful for all ages and for a very broad range of issues. I work in a way that places clients at the centre of our work together and that supports them to use therapy in the way that is most beneficial to them.
Please contact me by phone, text, or email if you have any questions or to arrange an initial meeting.
For Adults and Young People (14 years and over), initial meetings are 30 minutes and are free. We would use this as a point to discuss what you would like from therapy and you have the chance to meet with me to decide if I might be the right therapist for you. Following this each session is £35.
For Children (13 years and under) my pricing structure is slightly different to reflect the different way of working that's required. I charge £20 for a 60 minute initial meeting with parents/carers and £45 per session with a child after this.
