About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Practitioner and Supervisor based in North London. My work also involves being a counselling lecturer and mentoring freelance trainer.
I hold a BSc (honours) Degree in Integrative Counselling awarded by Roehampton University and approved by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I am also a full registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). This is very important to you, as it means that I am bound and adhere to their ethical framework and code of conduct.
Being an integrative therapist means that I work using integration of the following modalities: Psychoanalysis, Humanistic ( person centred and personal growth), Psychodynamic (predominantly early life development and experiences), Existentialism and Phenomenology (the what if? and why? questions we ask ourselves).
Research shows that "the relationship" is the therapy, in which we and our clients live, breathe and find meaning.
Individuals: £50 per session
Counselling students: £45 per session
Couples: £85 per session
Brainspotting: £70 per session
Supervision charges: £60 per one hour individual supervision session. £85 per one hour and thirty minutes (1.5) individual supervision session. Group Supervision max of 4 per group £40.00 per person for two hours supervision session.
Practice description
I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
My first session
The first session consist of the presenting issue, getting to know each other and the contract which we will negotiate to suit both of us.
