About me and my therapy practice
Counselling provides an opportunity to share problems with someone who can listen and help to make connections between past experiences and current behaviours. It provides a safe, non-judgemental, genuine and an objective space, within which one can explore their problems, thoughts, challenges, fears, and solutions. All this while, taking steps to change their lives for the better. I would like to offer you that space and help you find your unique solutions.
I work as an Integrative Psychotherapist/Counsellor and adapt my approach to your personal situation and concerns, drawing from various counselling theories. I also work as a Person centred counsellor for Depression (PCE-CfD).

Think about how we might work therapeutically together going forward.
Discuss practical issues e.g. fees, missed sessions, holidays. All sessions are for 50 minutes and will usually (unless you have an irregular work pattern) be on the same day and time each week.
