About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor working with adults and young people to help improve emotional well-being and quality of life. I offer short, medium and long-term counselling and psychotherapy. You may be experiencing distressing thoughts, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety or feeling overwhelmed with relationships or life. Counselling can support the exploration of difficulties, disruptive thoughts and feelings. A therapeutic relationship can offer and promote access to self-awareness and emotional wellness. It is my belief that change can occur when the environment feels safe and confidential.

My first session

Initial contact for potentially working together would be a 10-15 minute call. The allows us to talk and spend time gaining an insight into what brings you to counselling. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the way I work or the counselling process.
