About me and my therapy practice

Counselling can make a significant difference to the quality of your life, helping you find greater meaning and personal satisfaction. You may be trying to cope with life changes, low self-esteem, a sense of hopelessness or confusion. It may seem frightening if you are considering starting counselling because you are trusting another to explore with you and help you make sense of the difficulties you face.

I offer a sensitive and impartial space  in which the difficulties you may be experiencing can be identified, collaboratively explored and worked through.  Understanding the meaning of our distress or unhappiness are the first steps towards gaining symptom relief, lasting change and the freedom to live our lives more fully.

I am also a Registered Nurse and have extensive experience working in different settings offering support and understanding to those who may have long-term chronic illness or terminal illness.

I work in an integrative way which means I can use differing therapeutic models flexibly helping you to make better sense of your feelings
