About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist with over 8 years experience working with adults, students and youths 14+.

I work collaboratively offering warmth and compassion in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment. I use a solution focused approach accessing a variety of therapeutic techniques allowing you to unravel issues, identify your strengths and resources and find solutions at a pace that is comfortable to you.

I have been through rigorous and extensive training and hold a Diploma in Humanistic (Person Centred) Counselling, a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a Diploma in Youth Counselling.

Our first point of contact is often by phone or email, where you can give me brief details of what is troubling you and we can identify how I can help and answer any questions you might have.

I am trained in safeguarding and hold an enhanced DBS check for working with adults and children. I am also experienced in bereavement, volunteering for Cruse Bereavement Support for which I have undertaken additional training.

I am accomplished in a wide variety of topics including, but not limited to, the list below.
