I am available throughout the week for enquiries and information, either via email or telephone. My availability for sessions is Tuesday to Saturday lunchtime. I am currently only working online.
About me and my therapy practice
Please note that whilst we have the current social distancing rules, I am solely working online via a couple of easily accessible platforms.
As a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and counsellor - registered with UKCP and a member of BACP - I offer straightforward and jargon free therapy and counselling. For an initial session, I offer an initial, non-obligation 30-minute free session so that we can meet and talk about the possibility of working together. Subsequently, I work both long-term and short term depending upon your needs.
My previous experience includes both working with and managing those in the creative arts and, as a consequence, I have a particular interest and understanding of all areas of creativity and the creative process.
Existential therapy aims to be of benefit for a wide range of distress - anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, eating disorders, realtionship issues - and many other problems associated with living. Therapy provides a time and place for two people to meet and talk and aims to help you move towards a more fruitful and meaningful existence and can help you manage your life more effectively. I work with individuals only on a weekly basis.
My first session
Whether you have had experience of previous therapy or whether this would be your first venture into therapy, whilst working online I offer a free 30-minute session.
I feel it is important to start with this session as research has shown that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors with successful outcome so this session is designed to help you decide whether we are able to work together.
