About me and my therapy practice
I view each client as a unique individual and throughout our sessions I hope to create a strong enough connection between us in a safe and supportive environment that you, as the client are able to open up and make the best use of the sessions.
Relating is the core of what we do as counsellors and building and sustaining those relationships in the therapy room is where everything hinges.
Therapy is not “one size fits all”, and what works for one client may not work for another, and this is where integrating various methods and interventions differ with each client allowing for a unique experience.
I offer both short and long-term counselling, and both day and evening appointments.
Before our initial assessment session, I recommend we have a brief 10 minute phone call to answer any questions you may have.
I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor trained at CPPD Counselling School in North London.
I have worked with a variety of adults ranging in ages and with diverse reasons for seeking counselling. I have also worked with a large number of LGBTQ+ clients whilst volunteering at ‘London Friend’ and ‘The Naz Project.’
I use Clinical Supervision to ensure I am working to the best of my ability and continue to expand on my knowledge and training through personal and professional development courses and workshops.
I am currently working online only and hoping to restart face to face work over the Summer or early Autumn.
