About me and my therapy practice
Is life confusing, overwhelming or painful?
I can offer a listening ear, a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings, coping strategies and help to find a way forward. I integrate a variety of approaches: CBT, person-centred, TA and creative work.
I work from a private room in a public building near Birmingham city centre with its own car park (B15).
I have experience of working with people with disabilities, particularly Autism.
I have a Foundation degree in Integrative Counselling, a level 3 in CBT and a level 3 in Counselling Children and Young people.
