About me and my therapy practice
Hi. I am a counsellor/psychotherapist, supervisor (of other therapists) and trainer. I have eight years' post-qualification experience: and have practised in the UK and the Netherlands privately; as well as managed an NHS counselling service in North London. Paying attention to professional ethics is paramount to me; therapy is my passion and vocation.
I frequently support people through communication/relationship difficulties; depression/feeling low; anxiety; stress; dissatisfaction or confusion. If nothing in that list resonates, I think it's worth getting in contact anyway; evidence suggests that the most important factor for 'success' in therapy is the connection between you and your therapist. I encourage 'shopping around'..!
Please note that I charge £85 per session for individuals and £100 for couples in this central London location (as opposed to my East London practice).

About me and my therapy practice
I have facilitated training for groups on undergraduate degree courses at the Metanoia Institute since 2013; since then I have trained staff at the charity 'MIND'; and at other organisations outside of London.
As a trainer I'm experienced with facilitating process/encounter groups; mediating; as well training specifically on certain topics, such as 'Communication and Feedback' or 'Race and Mental Health'. I love training, with or without a particular agenda; and feedback suggests this passion is conducive to others' learning too.

About me and my therapy practice
I'm interested in developing a collegial (equal) relationship, where we are each an expert. I aim to create a respectful environment where you can talk freely about and learn from your difficulties and triumphs.
I find that supervison/coaching often addresses the interface of the professional and personal. Conversations may be about confidence and competency; decision-making; leadership skills; communication and interpersonal difficulties; barriers to development etc. Taking a holistic approach, I also welcome the very personal in the supervision/coaching space.
I have been mentoring, supervising and coaching for the past eight years.
