About me and my therapy practice
Counselling Children, Families & Adults since 1997 within education, voluntary and Health Settings, and over 25 years experience working with children & families within Local Authorities. My training background is integrative with qualifications, training and experience in Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing ( EMDR) trauma counselling, Solution Focussed Therapy, Couple Counselling, Child/Adolescents Therapy , Counselling Supervision and Family Systems and Positive Parenting. I also offer supervision to other counsellors.
My aim is to offer clients a positive way forward to help cope with trauma, life challenges and personal crises.
