About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Katarzyna (Kate). I am a fully qualified person-centred therapist/counsellor. I provide my service in both English and Polish.
My aim is to help you explore painful feelings and experiences during the therapy so you can understand the source of your suffering and focus on your potential to heal. Along the process you will feel that you can understand yourself better and build fulfilling and nurturing relationships with others.
Because everyone is different, our therapy will be tailored to your individual needs. I use a person-centred therapy approach and integrate elements of CBT (cognitive-behavioural therapy) and Compassion-Focused Therapy. It will be also important for us to make sure you are actively directing your therapy, so it is reaching your expectations.
A standard session lasts between 50-60 minutes.
If you have any more questions about my service, please feel free to contact me for a short telephone/email consultation.
I look forward to hearing from you.
