About me and my therapy practice
I am a Person Centred Counsellor working from pleasant surroundings in West London. I see all clients as individuals - not people to put into boxes. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their code of best practice known as the Ethical Framework.
I have been seeing clients for many years. They have come for counselling for a range of reasons and from all walks of life. Sometimes they know what is ailing them, sometimes they don't. Talking may help the person to identify their problems and see them in a different light, it may relieve the feelings of depression, anxiety, anger etc.
Counsellors are not there to judge you, but rather to sit with you in a caring environment and endeavour to see your world as you see it.
Because I believe that the relationship between us is so crucial to the work, I offer the initial session on a no cost and no obligation basis.
