About me and my therapy practice
I provide both online and face-to-face integrative counselling and psychotherapy. I work through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Compassionate Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gut-Brain Connection and Mindful Nutrition
As an Integrative Psychotherapist I combine the aforementioned techniques to help you gain insight and understanding of your issue.
Help is at hand, and here are some of the emotional and psychological problems I can help you with: depression, eating disorders, anxiety, low self esteem, bereavement, loss, rejection, anger, identity issues, existential fears, relationship issues, addictions, problematic drinking, gambling, and other unhelpful coping habits.
Integrative psychotherapy can help you manage and work through these difficulties, and find a way forward.
Incorporating mindful nutrition and looking at the gut-brain connection can be particularly useful in alleviating and getting over mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, addictions and eating disorders.
My work adheres to the ethical standards of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, of which I am a registered member.
