About me and my therapy practice
I have chosen to study and practice Counselling because I love working with people and I enjoy helping them.
I believe the combination of empowerment and self-motivation to be the key in overcoming any obstacles someone might encounter in his or her life.
I believe that each human being possesses the ability to make a change in his/her life. Some of us are not aware of that so I am willing to help these people to find their skills, motivation, and willpower to set their goals and fulfil their dreams.
I am a qualified Counsellor and graduated a Master in Psychology, now completing a Counsellors Supervision course (Diploma Level 6).
I work on a 1 to 1 basis as well with couples and I believe the therapeutic relationship I develop with my clients is the key to a successful outcome in our work together.
I am experienced in supporting individuals with a variety of concerns such as addictions, depression, low self-esteem and self-confidence, relationship issues, anxiety, self-harm.
