I am an accredited Counsellor with many years of experience along with being a qualified Supervisor.  My training is Integrative, however I have developed skills, through enhancing my training, to offer an approach which I can adapt to meet your needs. 

Counselling offers a place to explore behaviours, emotions and thinking. When we are feeling confused or unsure it’s often difficult to know what to do or where to turn. Working as an Integrative counsellor I journey with someone as they explore what they are feeling, what they want it to be different and how they might consider making changes. I offer a safe, supportive and confidential environment in which to do this I believe having a strong therapeutic relationship is important. Although I do not give advice I do offer people the opportunity to challenge unhelpful thoughts and patterns, consider their choices, which in turn allows the person to address issues that are stopping them living the life they would like.
