About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Terri. I'm a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a background and training in psychology and social work spanning 20 years. I have a passion for helping people with their mental health, having first hand experience of the life changing impact of therapy.

I specialise in person-centred counselling and solution focused brief therapy. My approach puts you in the driving seat of your own therapy; we work together in a way that suits you and tackles the problems you want to address. From day to day struggles, to diagnosed mental health conditions, counselling gives you a safe, confidential space free from judgement to explore your feelings and help you achieve your desired outcomes. I offer counselling sessions in my private therapy room, or online/telephone.

I work with adults, teenagers and children aged 10 and above. I am also experienced in working with neurodivergent clients and people with learning disabilities and SEN.
