Online Sessions:

I offer flexible online sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 6pm to 9pm. These online sessions provide a convenient way to access therapy from the comfort of your own space, allowing you to fit sessions into your busy schedule.

In-person Sessions:

For those preferring face-to-face sessions, I offer in-person sessions on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. These sessions take place in Clapham, Southwest London. Please contact me to check availability and schedule your in-person session.

Session Frequency:

Whether you prefer weekly or fortnightly sessions, I accommodate your needs and preferences to ensure a consistent and effective therapeutic process.

About me and my therapy practice

Practice description

In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and non-judgmental atmosphere where you can openly discuss what's happening in your life. 

Whether you're struggling with communication issues in your relationships, feeling overwhelmed by parenting challenges, or facing personal growth obstacles, we'll work together to understand and address your concerns.

 My approach draws from a blend of therapeutic techniques, each tailored to your needs and preferences. This might involve exploring your thoughts, emotions, belief and behaviours  in depth, finding the root cause both through talking therapy and somatic work to understand mind-body connection.  In sessions we also practice mindfulness exercises to increase awareness and relaxation during the week.  

We might also incorporate journaling or other creative methods to help you reflect on your experiences outside of our sessions. By integrating these diverse approaches, we can create a customised treatment plan that empowers you to understand your challenges and cultivate meaningful change in your life. Whether you're seeking support as an individual, couple, or parent.  I am committed to providing compassionate guidance and expertise to help you on your journey towards healing and growth.

My first session

For your first session, I offer a complimentary 30-minute phone call where you can ask any questions you have and get to know me better. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your concerns and determine if my approach aligns with your needs.

If you're interested in moving forward, I'll provide you with a questionnaire  to gather more information about what's going on for you. This helps me tailor our sessions to address your specific challenges and goals.  I will also send you an agreement to read and sign before we start the sessions.

Once you've completed the questionnaire and decided to proceed, we'll book your first session through my website. This initial session serves as an assessment, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of your situation and needs.
