About me and my therapy practice
Are you depressed or anxious? Feeling stuck and unsure how best to move forward? Do you feel you should be able to cope and have a harsh internal critic?
In a safe and non-judgemental environment I will listen and help you to explore and reflect on the challenges and difficulties in your life, to look at your familiar patterns and make changes, and to soften your harsh innner voice.

I work drawing on a variety of techniques and not forgetting practical aspects.

I have put measures in place to enable me to see clients in my office. I will need to do a risk assessment with each client to ensure that this is as safe as possible. I am also willing to see clients outdoors, if a suitable private place can be found. Of course, I will continue to see clients online or by phone if they wish - not everyone wants face-to-face contact.
My first session
The first session is different from a normal therapy session in that I have questions to ask you, as well as giving you an opportunity to ask me questions. You will be able to get a sense of the way I work and whether you feel we would work together well.
