About me and my therapy practice

I provide tailored therapy to individuals and couples, helping you to make powerful changes to your life, in order to create inner balance, and feel empowered.
My first session
At our first meeting, I will talk to you about the way I work and about the contract. I will explain the confidentiality policy to you. You will have the opportunity to ask me questions, giving us the chance to decide if we can work together.
You will tell me a little bit about yourself, and the issue you are having difficulty with, moving at a pace that is comfortable for you.
The contract will be signed at the end of our first session, confirming your commitment to the therapy sessions.
