During the pandemic, I offer telephone and video sessions but no face-to-face sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
What I aim to offer you as a therapist, is gentle empathy. You, as the client, choose what we talk about; I will help you to explore, deepen, understand and process your emotions. I will offer you a safe space that you can use as you want. Sometimes I might challenge you, whilst always believing that deep down you know best what is best for you. I will accept you as you are. I might explore self-care with you.
I will not give you homework. I think therapy works best if you come every week; you decide yourself how many sessions you want.
I use mostly Person-Centred Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
I offer therapy in English, French and Dutch. I am a native speaker of French and Dutch.
J'offre des sessions en Français; ik bied therapie aan in het Nederlands.
I have an MSc in Psychotherapy as well as a Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling.
My first session
Sessions are payable in advance; I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.
