About me and my therapy practice

My greatest strength is putting people at ease.  In order to feel safe to open up and explore our feelings, we need to feel supported, trusting and heard. The relationship between therapist and client is special because there are no judgements, no motives, and the client does not need to worry about the therapist’s feelings.

My integrative training simply means I can adjust to you and what you’re bringing, rather than using one blanket approach.

It is my belief that you are the expert on you. I can help you to explore the feelings you may have not felt able to look at on your own. We will go at your pace and we will simply be curious.

Practice description

<Currently I am only offering video or phone sessions due to government guidelines>

I run a small private practice from my home in Brockley, South London. I also offer online and phone counselling.

My first session

We can begin with a free brief phone call to make that first connection and to give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

If you are happy to begin sessions together, we would arrange an assessment session and decide the best way to move forward together from there.
