I have been working as an Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor & Supervisor for individuals, couples and groups for over eighteen years.

I am experienced in helping people with a wide range of issues including depression, relationship struggles, workplace concerns, trauma and PTSD, identity and sexuality.

My therapeutic approach is Integrative drawing primarily on psychodynamic and relational models whereby our relationship is central to the work.

I am a Registered and Accredited member of BACP & am UKCP Registered. New practice in Richmond, Surrey.

Located opposite Richmond Station. 

My first session

Your first session will be an opportunity to discuss the issues that have led you to seek help. It gives us a chance to explore what else may going on in your life that may be contributing to your current malaise. We will also talk about what you hope to gain from counselling and psychotherapy and any goals you may have going forward.

About me and my therapy practice

I completed my clinical supervision training at the Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP). I have two decades of experience in counselling and psychotherapy in the NHS, domestic violence, Rape Crisis, private practice, working with refugees and migrants, telephone counselling at EAP's and other organisations. 

My supervision training is psychoanalytic and my supervisory experience includes working with practitioners from mixed modalities.
