About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor and I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to explore life experiences, how they impact self beliefs and how clients respond in the world today. I see people as mind, body and spirit and work in a holistic way with a wide range of issues . Sometimes I find clients want a safe place to talk, other times clients enjoy working in a creative way to understand and express their emotions. I aim to provide a relaxed environment for clients to work in the way that they are most comfortable with.
