About me and my therapy practice

Everyone's counselling needs are different. Some people benefit from just a few sessions while others continue for longer. At the first appointment, clients are welcomed into a private, comfortable room to address their concerns and to discuss their personal hopes from counselling. This initial consultation will provide an opportunity to discuss therapy and will allow space to explore any thoughts about the counselling process. The first appointment generally lasts about an hour. As a therapist with many years of experience and trained in multiple disciplines I tailor therapy to the clients individual needs.
