About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes life can be challenging, reaching out and getting the support you require is your first courageous step to taking back control. Together we can address any concerns you feel are standing in the way of achieving your goals and leading the life you want to live.

My aim as your counsellor is to create an environment where you feel safe enough to talk through your issues at your own pace, whilst being fully supported on your journey of self awareness and emotional wellbeing.
