Throughout our work I help you examine and modify your long-standing patterns and attachment issues that interfere with your functioning, your relationships and your quality of life.
I help people with a range of issues including: Anxiety, Confidence, Depression, Panic Attacks, stress, Relationships and many more.
As a person with epilepsy I have learned how to turn a disability into an advantage and how to cope with anxiety.
