Are you seeking help with issues and problems that have not gone away that have left you feeling anxious, stressed, angry or somewhat depressed? Has life, work or a relationship break up affected your self-confidence? Questioning the meaning of life?

The therapeutic relationship in counselling can be an insightful way to bring about change. My experience of life’s journey has shaped a non-judgmental approach that is congruent and empathetic. We find ourselves with relationship decisions or suffering a loss which is debilitating leading us to question life.

My experience of addictive behaviour helps with exploring how our history and personality influences current situations. Understanding these links can bring clarity and enable us to make positive changes. Through the course of life, I have experienced dyslexia observing the fear and shame that partners this gift. Understanding and working with grief and bereavement.
