About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and we can experience difficulties maybe due to things that happened long ago, recently or you are currently facing.
Managing our feelings and making changes can be hard but ultimately through gaining understanding, we can live a happy and fulfilled life. By sharing the problem it enables you to move forward.
If you are going through a difficult time, talking to an experienced, empathic and respectful counsellor can really help.
Counselling offers a safe, confidential place to talk, be listened too and explore together what is going on for you.
I am an experienced and professional counsellor offering a warm, open, non- judgemental and supportive service, specialising in relationship issues, depression and anxiety, low self confidence, burnout, illness, cancer related issues and bereavement.
I previously worked for a cancer charity for five years, supporting people affected by cancer, their partners, families. and friends. I also have a lot of experience of working with young people as a counsellor but also a teacher.
