About me and my therapy practice
A fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with 15 years experience, providing therapy for individuals.
I offer an initial meeting (at a reduced rate) that gives you a chance to understand how I work and what to expect from further sessions. This can help you feel clearer and more certain about your decision to start counselling or psychotherapy.
Concerns such as anxiety (including a diagnosis of generalised anxiety disorder or GAD), anger management, relationship difficulties, and depression are issues that I regularly work with. I also have training and experience in working with bi-polar disorder, addictions, and a range of other anxiety and panic disorders, including OCD.
Some people find that a few sessions can help them address a specific problem, while others choose to work on a longer-term basis to help focus on deeper issues.

About me and my therapy practice
As a trained and qualified supervisor I offer supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and other healthcare professionals who want to explore their own processes with clients.
In our work you can expect a very strong focus on self-awareness and personal development. This will apply to your relationships with clients as much as to yourself. I work hard to hear and understand the counsellors and trainees I work with, and to offer appropriately-timed challenge and support.
My professional practice is firmly rooted in the BACP's Ethical Framework, and I am committed to my own learning and development as a therapist and supervisor.
Meeting
I offer an initial exploratory session that allows you to clarify what you are looking for in a supervisory relationship. In turn, I will explain my approach to supervision, how we might work together, and discuss a supervision agreement that sets out the boundaries of the relationship.
Qualifications & Experience
I am accredited with the BACP at senior level, and hold a post-graduate certificate in supervision. I am currently in full-time private practice, working with individual clients and supervisees.
