About me and my therapy practice

I have been in private practice since 2006, and my training and experience as an Integrative Counsellor enables me to draw on insights and techniques from different mainstream therapies - particularly person centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy. This helps me respond flexibly to each client's way of thinking, feeling and behaving, and offer them the therapeutic style which suits them best.

I am currently only working online, using Skype, FaceTime or Microsoft Teams, but hope to return to in person work in April 2024
