About me and my therapy practice

I'm Claire, a qualified (Dip HE, BA hons) humanistic therapist and I offer on-line, telephone, and walk&talk therapy in Newbury. I am experienced in working with young people and adults.

Practice description

For me, being a therapist is about providing a relationship where you can be you, and learn, and grow. You might want counselling because things aren't going well, or you have a particular problem you want help with - I think you have the answers within you - and being in a trusting therapeutic relationship, can just help you to get there a bit more quickly. It can be a difficult and painful process, but a rewarding, even life changing, one too and you deserve it.

My first session

Our first session will usually be over the phone and last around 30 minutes. This is your chance to find out more about me and to see if you think we can work well together. I don't charge for this session.

After this, we can agree a regular day and time for our work together.
