About me and my therapy practice
If you're feeling stressed, experiencing anxiety, or having relationship issues or difficulties in your life, you've come to the right place. Counselling is a great step towards getting your life back on track. I look forward to hearing from you if you choose to work with me.
Counselling can provide a space that will give you time to talk, cry, shout or just think.
It’s an opportunity to look at your problems in a different way and gain perspective.
I am experienced in working with a wide range of clients, male and female, young and old, to help them to achieve positive outcomes.
Like a story, counselling has a beginning, middle and an end. Each stage can be worked on at your pace.
I draw on theories that give clear ways to understand what is troubling you that can help you to move forward.
My way of working helps people to understand themselves and their situation better so that they can make choices about how they want to live their lives and move forward.
I am open and honest with my communication and do my best to help people feel comfortable.
