About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP Accredited therapist with over 20 years experience including NHS Primary Care. I have an integrated approach to therapy with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I provide a warm, accepting and empathic space. I have a broad and comprehensive experience of working with many different issues and problems. These include: relationship, self esteem, work related, spirituality, bereavement and pet bereavement.

Practice description

I offer face to face appointments in Hope Street, Liverpool and also phone and video call appointments. I offer daytime, early evening and Saturday appointments. Immediate appointments are available.

My first session

Your first appointment will be an assessment session. This will be an opportunity for you to talk about the issues that are bringing you to therapy. We can discuss how we might work together and whether my approach is right for you. All sessions are one hour and I require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation.
