About me and my therapy practice

Coming from a family with a rich history in traditional Chinese medicine, I hold a deep respect and believe in the unity of the mind, body and spirit. I integrate Eastern philosophy, Western psychotherapy, and psychological knowledge tailored to your unique needs and recovering. I believe in the power of this integration to bring about meaningful change in your body and in your spirit.

I am an award-winning bilingual English and Chinese-speaking psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher. I work in a down-to-earth and solution-focused way. I take pride in my work and see its positive impact on clients’ lives. I feel privileged to support them and witness their personal growth。

I currently offer online appointments to clients worldwide via Zoom/Skype; if you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with me and ask any questions.

My first session

What happens in the first session?

Our first session is a chance to understand whether this is right for you and whether we could work together. You can bring any concerns or questions you have. There is no obligation to continue after the first session. An initial treatment plan is also included in the first session so we can explore tailored therapy to your needs and how to move forward.

What happens after the assessment?

If you would like to work together, we would typically meet weekly at the same time. Based on your situation, we can work out an initial agreement on limited sessions or keep it open-ended.
