About me and my therapy practice
Hello I'm Lucy,
I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist who can offer a non-judgemental space for you to explore your concerns and difficulties. Whatever is holding you back from living life on your terms with meaning, peace and self-compassion is worth talking about: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addictions, anger, chronic pain, breakdown of a relationship, grief, identity issues, phobias, or other life events.
I work integratively: creatively drawing from a range of approaches to tailor the therapy to your individual needs. I will sit with you in a safe and impartial space and together we will find a way of working with kindness, curiosity, compassion and humour.
I have an easy, sensitive, approach and work very much in collaboration with you.
I work with a diverse range of clients from many different backgrounds and cultures, with a wide range of presenting problems
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I worked for 5 years at the mental health charity “Action for Happiness” writing and delivering positive psychology workshops.
