About me and my therapy practice
I work in an integrative collaborative way with clients, making sure that the therapy is tailored and suited to your unique experiences and ways of thinking. Your best interests will be at the heart of the work we do together.
My way of working is person-centred which means I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space full of empathy and warmth for you to explore what has brought you to seek professional help.
My core belief is that there should always be a strong relationship between the client and the therapist and we will use this connection to guide you towards a better understanding of your thoughts and feelings.
My first session
Please contact me for an initial free 15 min telephone conversation to discuss how we could work together. After that we would have an hour session either in person or via Zoom to get to know each other, talk about your goals for therapy and to agree on how we will work together.
