I am a private counsellor with extensive experience in many subject matters including bereavement, abuse (sexual, physical, emotional), relationship/family issues, self harm, eating disorders, anxiety, depression,trauma and career stress and life changing adjustments.

I have substantial experience with adults, adolescents and children aged thirteen years and upwards.

I am focused on providing high-quality service in a safe, private and non judgmental environment, where you will have time to speak, and more importantly, to be listened to and understood.
