About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed & anxious due to crisis or life transition? I can provide support in a safe, confidential space to help you manage anxiety, process trauma, deal with stress, cope with depression and improve your sense of well-being. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client centred and relational. The outcome of my work with individuals is that they increase their sense of wellbeing, gain insight into difficulties, change ways of behaving and improve their ways of coping. My approach helps people balance their mind, body, feelings and spirit, which can help them to find more purpose & meaning in life and to realise their full potential. I am a qualified psychotherapist and EMDR therapist, which is a treatment that is effective for processing unresolved trauma.
