About me and my therapy practice

Everyone needs help and support at some point in their lives. Talking a problem through with someone who's not involved can help us see things differently. Sometimes we need to change old patterns of thinking and behaving that just aren't working for us. I'm trained and experienced in listening without judging or telling you what to do. Instead, I can help you to understand what's wrong, to use the skills you already have and to develop new ways to think and act that change the way you feel.
