About me and my therapy practice
Life is full of ups and downs and, at times, events past and present can become overwhelming resulting in you feeling unable to cope with life itself. It may be that you feel uncomfortable sharing these feelings with someone close to you so, just talking to someone confidentially who is not a family member or a friend can make all the difference.
I am a personable, qualified, and warm natured counsellor with many years’ experience and knowledge dedicated to providing a secure and non-judgmental space where issues can be explored safely.
I use an integrative approach to therapy which allows me to personalise a range of therapeutic skills to suit your needs accordingly. We will work collaboratively and, I will also use gentle challenging to help you become more self-aware.
My first session
At our first session, I will ask you certain questions about you and your life which will help me make an initial assessment of your circumstances i.e. why you sought counselling and what you hope to achieve from therapy.
