About me and my therapy practice

I am a Person Centred Counsellor offering a caring, safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, leading to a greater self-awareness, building self-esteem and resilience, and empowering you to face your challenges.

I have worked with ages from 11 upwards and have a wide range of experience working with issues including, Selective Mutism and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement and Trauma. I am part of The Critical Incident Response Team. I also facilitate a Parent Support Group for parent's who's children are experiencing Mental health or behavioural difficulties.
