About me and my therapy practice
I offer insight-oriented therapy and a warm, confidential relationship in which to explore and understand difficulties, feelings and experiences. I adapt my work to suit the individual, integrating from humanistic and psychodynamic approaches to human development. I think therapy works by deepening self-awareness, encouraging self-acceptance and self-valuing through depth conversation and a relationship over time.
My practice is based from my home (near to Queen's Road Peckham train station) where I have a comfortable consulting room which is warm, light and quiet. I am sometimes able to offer concessions for those on limited income and am always happy to discuss options and possibilities without obligation.
I have worked as a therapist since 1995 - for several years at Transport for London and within the NHS and in private practice since 2008.
