About me and my therapy practice

Since qualifying as a counsellor in 2014 I have helped many people to live happier, more effective lives. I take a solution focussed approach towards counselling and I have a very good record of helping my clients to make real change in their lives. I have a particular interest in anger and anxiety but whatever problems you are facing, I will be able to help you. I worked in the field of additional learning needs and social and emotional difficulties for 17 years before counsellor training.
