About me and my therapy practice
I offer trauma-focussed therapy for adults.
I get it. I've been there. You come across as confident, ambitious and always there for others. People think you lead a great life but it doesn’t always feel that way to you.
You got through childhood and teenage years and have lots to be grateful for.
Despite all of your effort and achievement in life, something doesn't feel quite right. An anxious, nagging feeling sits in your mind and body and makes you uncomfortable in your own skin. You’ve ignored it and carried on but you have many questions. It’s frustrating and exhausting but something has prompted you to find answers.
You want to be more relaxed within yourself and feel good enough.
As an integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapist, I’ll walk with you through the difficulty.
We can search for the answers together online or face to face in Watford or North London.
My only request is that you show up, put one foot in front of the other and make the best of the journey.

With this in mind, I invite you to take the next step and contact me to schedule a free, 20-minute telephone call, where I can get to know a little about you and your reasons for seeking therapy.
You can also ask me any questions that are important to you. I will not take any personal details from you at this stage.
If I do not feel that I am the right person to work with you, then I will explain why and do my best to refer you to a more appropriate therapist or service. You are under no obligation to proceed.
