About me and my therapy practice
I am a Registered BACP Accredited CBT Counsellor/Psychotherapist, experienced in working with children, young people and adults on a range of mental health and wellbeing issues.
My experience in working with children and young people, has been gained from working with this age group for over 20 years in different settings, including schools, secure residential care, in private practice and in the community.
As my client, you will experience a safe space, offering you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in confidence, to assist your healing, growth and overall coping with your current difficulties.
