About me and my therapy practice
As a Registered BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, I have experience working with both individuals and groups on a range of mental health and wellbeing issues.
I have particular experience in working with children and young people, gained from working with this age group for over 17 years in different settings, including schools, secure residential care, in private practice and in the community.
I am also an external training Counselling Supervisor for students on the Ulster University validated Counselling programmes.
As my client, you will experience a safe space which will offer you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in confidence, assist your healing, growth and overall coping with the difficulties you present in therapy.
