About me and my therapy practice

My name is Paula and a practising Counsellor for the last 18years I am a Registered member of the (BACP) British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapies.

Using the Humanistic Model I work with clients in a non-judgmental and empathic way to understanding as well as gather information to understand their present situation. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) a focused method that I use to help clients understand their thinking in order to change behaviour.

I also use Rewind Technique which is a non-intrusive, safe and highly effective psychological method to deal with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

I offer sessions using Face2Face and Skype at times and hours that is convenient to both of us.

My fees are £40.00 per session but if finances are a problem please contact me and we can discuss arrangements.
